Privacy

The Kitlist app does not collect any personal information or data from users.

When you use your device whilst signed into your iCloud account, the app synchronises your Kitlist data (lists, categories and items) with your private iCloud account and correspondingly with any other devices that have the app installed and are signed into your private iCloud account.

Each individual list can be backed up by 'sharing' it using the share icon on the list of items page and choosing one of the listed options to make a copy elsewhere. Kitlists can be imported from a file that has previously been exported by sharing from the Files app etc.

To remove your stored data from iCloud and all your devices, go to Settings > your name > iCloud > Manage Storage > Kitlist and select the Delete Data option. Alternatively, simply delete it on one of the devices connected to your iCloud account and it will be removed from iCloud and correspondingly with any associated devices when they next complete synchronisation. Deleting a single list deletes all categories and items associated with that list.

Deleting Data in iCloud

When Kitlist app data is deleted, it will also be removed from other devices signed into the same iCloud account. The operation cannot be undone. You should consider backing up your data beforehand by exporting each individual list and saving it somewhere safe.
